Igor developed his strategic and marketing skills at Kompania Piwowarska and Grupa Żywiec. He led the full repositioning of the EB, Specjal and Dębowe brands. He created strategies for Nestle, Decathlon, Johnson&Johnson, STS, Frisco and many more.

Earlier Tomasz worked for Saatchi&Saatchi IS and VML Poland – where he managed a ten-plus team and projects for key clients. He has won numerous industry awards including EFFIE, KTR, Young Creatives, MIXX Awards. In his free time, he is an animator, a photographer and he constructs interactive installations.

Igor is enthusiastic about creating brands from scratch and reactivating those already on the market. He uses his marketing experience to look at business needs from a wider perspective and to find equally broad solutions.

Rafał Majewski

Rafał spent years in the music and event industry. He co-created events for ING Bank, Triumph, UNIQA, Orlen. He is the founder of the Revolution Group marketing agency for small and medium-sized businesses, where he was also responsible for customer development. He initiated the collaboration that later turned into Przestrzeń.

Mateusz Ciećwierski

Mateusz has been in the advertising industry for more than 15 years. During this time he gained experience in leading client service teams, different kinds of projects, using every advertising touch-point. Perfectionist, master of always perfectly delivered schedules and excel. On a daily basis, he runs and develops the client service department in Przestrzeń and as a Chief Operating Officer, he directly cooperates with the management board in implementing the strategic goals of the agency and the Przestrzeń group. Decathlon, Lay's, Cheetos, Grupa Żywiec, UPC, ING Bank Śląski, Monte, o.b., Listerine, BNP Paribas and Microsoft - those are just a few examples of clients he used to work with.

Mateusz has been working in advertising and marketing for over a decade. In the past, he was associated with local and network advertising agencies, including VMLY&R, Gray, Dentsu/Isobar. As a strategist, he deeply believes in effective brands and campaigns based on cultural and social insights. He is in search for robust concepts that can be effectively translated into 360° projects - from television, through TikTok, to a digital display fridge. A juror of advertising industry competitions, he has won over 60 awards, including multiple Effies (including gold, long-term, Euro Effie), Cannes Lions, as well as local KTR, Innovation Ad, MIXX Awards.

Responsible for leading key agency clients and creative supervision of the team. Experienced in creating platform ideas, 360 campaigns and tactical activations. Earlier Maciej worked as an art director at GPD and VML Y&R. His portfolio includes clients such as STS, Decathlon, Lech, Lay’s, Orange, mBank, Żywiec Zdrój, TicTac.
